Benefits that are “optional anytime” means you can enroll in these benefits anytime during the year through the carrier or plan administrator. You will need to upload these documents directly into Workday during enrollment or email the documents to benefits@ensignservices.net before your enrollment deadline. Enroll in Your 2025 Benefits in Workday Go to https://www.myworkday.com/wday/authgwy/ensign/login.html. • Enter your username and password and click Sign In. Your username is your Workday employee ID printed on your paycheck stub. • O nce you are logged in to Workday, go to your Workday inbox or click on Benefits and Pay to enroll or make benefit changes. • I f you are adding new dependents, gather eligibility verification documents to provide proof of dependent eligibility and submit in Workday within 30 days following your hire date or date of status change to benefit-eligible to complete your benefits enrollment in Workday.
