Deductibles and coinsurance count toward the out-of-pocket maximum. The in-network out-of-pocket maximum for the HSA Plan is: • Associate: $6,000 • Family: $12,000 After you meet the out-of-pocket maximum, the HSA Plan will pay for 100% of all in-network covered expenses.
