23 Before You Go How You Pay for Care Special Programs and Services Learn More Changing Your HSA Contribution Amount 1 Sign in to myACI.albertsons.com with your Employee Number and Password. 2 From the Me page, click on the Benefits tile. 3 On the Benefits page, under Quick Actions on the right side, select Report a Life Event or HSA Change. 4 On the Report a Life Event page, under Tasks, select + Add Life Event. 5 Select HSA Contribution Change from the Life Event drop-down menu. 6 The screen will return to the Report a Life Event task list. Click Continue. 7 A prompt will appear to add or update contacts. After completing this step— or choosing to skip it—click Continue. 8 Click Enroll in benefits that matter to you. 9 Click Edit. J Scroll down and read the Legal Disclaimer, then click Accept before making any updates. K Click Continue, once the BMC code appears on the screen. L The current medical plan will be displayed, along with other benefit options that may or may not apply based on the selected coverage. The contribution amount can be modified by selecting the pencil icon. M After updating the contribution amount, the new weekly payroll deduction and the remaining balance needed to reach the updated Fidelity HSA goal will be displayed.After finalizing the new annual contribution amount, click Save. N Click Continue through the remaining benefit screens as you are not eligible to update any other benefit through this event. O At the benefit summary screen, verify the updated Health Savings Account contribution, then click Submit. J 3 8
