If you are 18 or older, you can also use Teladoc to speak to licensed therapists, psychiatrists and mental health professionals for help with depression, stress, anxiety, grief and more. Behavioral health appointments are available from 9 AM to 7 PM local time, 7 days a week. Your cost for Teledoc is based on your medical plan and the type of visit, as shown in the table.
